PACKAGE

Auto parts, chassis, electronic parts, construction parts, ventilation products. For instance, pipe clamp, wood connector, marble angle, gutter hanger, damper blades, g-clamp, flange corner, etc.

The most commonly used materials in stamping production are metal, but sometimes non-metallic materials are also used. The metals mainly include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc. Our stamping capabilities allow us to produce parts ranging in thickness between 0.005 to 0.5 inches. Our maximum press bed can handle tooling up to 240 inches by 70 inches. With a maximum hydraulic press stroke of 18 inches and a maximum mechanical press stroke of 31 inches, our team can produce items of almost any size.

Blanking, piercing, forming, bending, ribbon punching, embossing, curve forming, restrike and deep drawing.

Stamping is a forming processing method( also known as pressing) that applies external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles by presses and molds to cause plastic deformation or separation to obtain workpieces (stamping parts) of required shape and size.
